November, 1928: The town of Stewartstown, Pa. was rocked by the death of a local Powwow doctor. Nelson Rehmeyer was murdered by three men who believed he had cursed them using witchcraft. The subsequent trials quickly gained national attention as the country was shocked to learn the existence of 20th century witchcraft.
